Delay in Full & Final Settlement, Variable Pay, and Experience Letter
30-Jan-2026 (In Labour & Service Law)
Was asked to resign or face termination and resigned on 28/11/2025. My exit date was 26/12/2025. Reason cited was my “attitude” and having a calendar OOO blocker after 6 PM, despite completing 9 hours daily and working late whenever required. F&F is pending. Employer asked me to sign a No Dues letter waiving future claims, but the shared F&F does not include my variable pay of ~₹1,12,500 for 1.5 years. I replied seeking clarification on variable pay and evaluation metrics, but no reply from them
Hello there,
as it looks that you are working with high pay grade, so you have remedies under civil laws for recovery of dues which you have with your company. may you think about labour court remedies but probably you are not covered by labour laws because of your salary band.
in my view you have to send legal notice through advicate to your company which demands dues. if company fails to respond or refuse to pay or remain silent. then you can file civil suit for recovery of dues.
I hope it will help you , if you required any specific advice then do not hesitate to contact me.
thank you
