Company not paying salary for three months

Company not paid my 3 month salary.always I'm asking but not paid..so how to fight company?
This is my response to you:
1. Send a formal letter to the employer and HR;
2. If they still do not respond then send legal notice;
3. If they still do not pay then approach the labour court and file a case against them;
4. You can also approach civil court and file a suit for recovery.
