2009 main mere father ka death ho gaya Jab ke sail ISP main service krte the .uske death k baad koi permanent job to nhi huaa hai lekin uske jagha main contract basis main to job milna chaheye .
Yes, as per the decision of the Supreme Court the appointment on compassionate grounds cannot be rejected merely on the ground that the benefits have already been taken by the family members. Therefore, the said rejection can be challenged in the competent Court.

Whether your father died during the servise or after his retirement is the main issue which has not been disclosed by you however if your father died within the services period then within 5 years of his death you can apply for appointment on compassionate ground
