Can I enter into a railway job if there is a Criminal Case is Pending

26-Feb-2026 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was debarred by the TRB due to alleged exam malpractice, and a criminal case is pending against me under the IT Act, 2008 and IPC Sections 465,468,471,420,120B,201r/W66,43(I) of the IT Act. I have filed a petition under Section 4 of the Probation of Offenders Act, and the enquiry is complete. I am awaiting the Court’s order and wish to know if I can be considered for selection at RRB while the case is pending

you have to be acquitted from the criminal case filed against you, either after trial or by quash, after that you can go for government exams/selection but you would be required to state that there was previous criminal case against you and you was acquitted. feel free to contact for any legal advice.
