Breach of 1 year bond in wipro

I have signed a bind with wipro to pay 75k if I leave within 1 year and now it has been 5 months I am doing night shifts and my health is getting compromise also there is a lot of pressure. So if I leave will they sue me? It this type of bond legal in india
