I am an private compnay employee and working with the company long time. in mumbai my entry to my work place was hold and told that i have been transffered to another state. no letter received by me. company appointed enquiry officer in 2019 and enquiry started against me as i have not reported to duty at my transfer place. this enquiry concluded in 2022 july and i have asked several time to share me the result but not yet shared. i have not resigned or terminated. no salary yet given. pls help.
Are you still working ? this is a private company dispute. u can go to the labour court for your grevience redressal, and before that, we can serve one legal notice to them so that they provide yoh complete information regarding your enquire held by them.
