What to do if insurance company denying to provide claim

i HAVE A DZIRE CAR AND I HAD AN UNFORTUNATE ACCIDENT WITH MOTOBIKE .. CAR REGISTRATION IS IN MY NAME BUT UNFORTUNATELY INSURANCE IS NOT IN MY NAME AS I HAD PURCHASED THIS CAR FROM SOMEONE ELSE.... BUT PREMIUM HAD BEEN PAID FROM MY ACCOUNT.. REGISTRATION TRANSFER HAS DONE ALMOST 6 MONTHS AGO...NOW INSURANCE FIRM HAS DENIED CLAIM DUE TO INSURANCE NOT IN MY NAME. APPROXIMATE EXPENSE IS 30000 Rs.

You will have to send a legal notice to the insurance company regarding your Claim and then depending in their response to your legal notice, you may prepare your case to file a case before the Consumer Court on claim of your insurance.
