Stolen Vehicle Claim delay after sumbitted the untraced order copy

My Insurance company claim manager making the delay for the payment after succesfully sumbitted the court untraced copy which is accepted and they are refusing that and saying that the AATS(Anti Theft Auto Squad) police is doing still investigation after i got the untraced copy from last 1 month and the insurance company is sending me the mail that AATS Police Delhi is still investigation the case and we will give you the further reply after we will get closure report for them any help?

यदि कोर्ट ने पुलिस की 'Untraced Report' को स्वीकार (Accept) कर लिया है, तो यह इस बात का कानूनी प्रमाण है कि पुलिस वाहन को खोजने में असमर्थ रही है। इसके बाद बीमा कंपनी जांच के नाम पर क्लेम को अनिश्चित काल के लिए नहीं रोक सकती। IRDAI के नियमों के अनुसार, सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज (जैसे कोर्ट की फाइनल रिपोर्ट) जमा होने के बाद बीमा कंपनी को एक निश्चित समय सीमा के भीतर क्लेम का निपटारा करना होता है। एएटीएस (AATS) जांच का बहाना बनाकर भुगतान में देरी करना सेवा में कमी (Deficiency in Service) माना जाता है। अगला कदम: 1. बीमा कंपनी के नोडल अधिकारी को एक औपचारिक ईमेल भेजें और कोर्ट के आदेश की कॉपी संलग्न करते हुए 7 दिनों के भीतर भुगतान की मांग करें। 2. यदि फिर भी समाधान न हो, तो आप बीमा लोकपाल (Insurance Ombudsman) या उपभोक्ता फोरम (Consumer Court) में शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं। कोर्ट द्वारा स्वीकृत 'Untraced Copy' की सर्टिफाइड प्रति के साथ बीमा कंपनी को एक अंतिम कानूनी चेतावनी (Legal Notice) देना सबसे प्रभावी रहेगा।
