Reclaim of amount exceeding authorisation in health insurance policy

I availed for cashless treatment and was compensated with only Rs.33745/- since total hospital bill of Rs.52970/- exceeded the authorization amount as per my TPA (star health). Now I want to reclaim the remaining amount Rs.17449/- though my wife's insurance policy TPA (MEDI ASSIST) provided by her company. Is it possible to get a reimbursement though this channel?. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
