RC transfer not done by the car dealer

Hi, I purchased used car from jayanagar car Dealership, I paid 75000 in cash and remaining 2 lakh I made car loan,It's been 2 months now RC transfer is not done by the dealer, When I tried to call him he is not picking up the call. What legal action can I take. Please help me.
You need to issue legal notice to dealer. Even after that, if he fails to transfer RC, you can file complaint in Consumer Court/Forum. And you will get the work done alongwith legal expenses. Contact an advocate for the same.
