Mis selling of insurance policies on false verbal assurance

Insurance policies sold with false verbal assurance of claiming the full premium amount after 1 or 2 premium payment.the policy documents are for regular premium payment of 10 years but wrong assurance given to sell the products. What can be done to recover all the money paid. The person who gave the assurance was part of a broking agency which was part of the same insurance company
