Minor hearing loss after flight

28-Feb-2025 (In Insurance Law)
I took a flight between to cities in saudi, and from the second city to mumbai. I had a sinus infection at the time, and during the flight my ears experienced excessive pain. I visited an ENT 2 weeks later, and found out I had slight hearing loss on my right ear; most likely because of the flight. Additionally, the first leg of the flight was delayed by 4 hours, causing a missed connection on the same airline. I then had to wait in the cold for 12 hours for the next flight.

So basically, you want to seek monetary compensation from the concerned airlines because of which, you have suffered Hearing loss and have to wait because of the flight delay? If yes, then, you can file a case before the Consumer Forum to seek Compensation.
