Lic claim received below the principal amount after death 11 years

I Hargoind Gaur s/o Late Smt Jumana Devi. Past 11 years she was running sum assured Rs. 1 lac Jeewan Anand policy (No.331636451). we had deposited 10 premium of total of Rs.139580/- after 10 years claim received below the principal amount of Rs.138600/- I am meet with Lic CRM Manager she said you are forgot that how much you had deposited premium of Rs.139580/- Lic paid your claim Rs.1 lac sum assured plus bonus and all benifit of total Rs. 138600/- and she told me that if you can fight with lic . Supreme court will finally issue judgement in favor of lic.
I am figth with lic or not if yes pls send me this type of matter case last court judgement copy or number.Regards
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
