Is it necessary to get court NTR for claiming insurance?

My bike is stolen. I will be getting Police NTR by tomorrow. is it necessary to get Court NTR also for claiming insurance?

Yes it is neccesary to get the NCR from the police station for seeking claim from the insurance company.
