Insurance company issued two notice for a claim with different amount

Hi Team, I have filled an insurance claim for my stolen bike and it been approved by the Insurance company. But I have received two letter one was addressed to me stating claim is approved for amount 70000 and another one is addressed to my financier stating claimed is approved for amount 1400000. Need assistance why there is a change in amount and can I fill a legal case against Insurance company.
Please write a letter to the insurance company and ask for clarification regarding the issue and which one is correct and also file an RTI and obtain complete file with its noting and drafting than you have to initiate a proper legal action through lawyer before the competent forum
