Insurance amount send to the residence, but not recieved

Iam Policy Holder Of Reliance Life Insurance Since 2008 today i called for the fund value they told me your policy has been surrender and cheque has been send to residitinal address on November 2016 and cheq has been withdrawn..but the fact is how can it happen as iam having policy kit along with me. .so pls guide me remedy
: You will have to file a complaint regarding the same in the office of insurer. Also, if there is no remedy provided by them then you can file a FIR in the nearest police station under section 405 and 406 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 for criminal breach of trust.
