ICICI Pru Life Stage Pension Policy

My ICICI Pru Life Stage Pension, Policy matured on 09-01-2024. Now I would like to withdraw the mature amount, but the ICICI Prudential team is not transferring the amount to my bank account and asking me to opt for an annuity option and saying I will get maturity amount after my death.
I don’t have any nominee as I am single and want to utilize the matured amount myself when I am alive.
hi first need to see the terms and conditions of the insurance policy and the reason for not allowing to withraw the matured amount and based on that you could send the legal notice asking them to give permission to witdhraw the offences
