How to get refund of premium if policy term does not suit the goal

22-Mar-2023 (In Insurance Law)
I have purchased a Max life Monthly Income Advantage plan Policy.
History of purchase: I approach to my Yes bank branch located in Rajouri garden, Delhi for a FD of INR 50,000. The bank employee advised me to buy insurance policy with various benefits. I regret to accept their offer as I have various polices including term plan and health plan and I also told them that FD is a one-time investment while life insurance demands regular investment for long term. The agents told me that this is a unique policy and you may invest just like FD. They filled the policy papers and witnessed them self. As this policy, as promised by bank/agents, offer the flexibility just like Fixed policy I agreed and signed the documents. Start of Problem: next year at the time of paying 2nd instalment of premium I simply wrote an email to Yes bank and Maxlife insurance on 3rd February to show my inability to pay the premium and request to maintain the policy under reduced mode
