HEALTH INSURER CANCELLED POLICY BUT PREMIUM PAID

My Health Insurer has cancelled my policy besides premium EMI paid on time and not responding from 1 month only message " your request is in process and wait " grivience has been lodged till IRDA step by step but no response given or policy activated yet. request from all experts to advise the compensation amount and process from the insurer legally .
