dad was hit by a bike on 27 May. We were contacted by si who promised insurance money, got dad's sign in hosp. Also said that we need to come to court, sign to get money. I went to represent dad on 1 June, was made to sign petition without showing contents. when asked they were dodging. on 21 june they whatsapped unnumbered draft of OP without annexures. i was shocked to find dad shown as watchman. immediately objected. they asking 30k to return bundle. Pl. advise ??
