am employee of government bank and my wife is also employee of same ..

am employee of government bank and my wife is also employee of same ...she is diagnosed with breast cancer..and she is receiving treatment under her TPA plan .After exaust of her limit of insurance I want to continue her treatment under my TPA plan.Now issue is on my HR connect portal she is added as dependent but due to unaware of adding her medical dependent, she is not added her in my health insurance TPA card.. However now she is added after diagnosed of disease... please guide us

यदि HR portal पर dependent spouse के रूप में आपकी पत्नी का नाम पहले से approve है, तो आपको यह अधिकार मिलता है कि उन्हें health insurance TPA में भी शामिल कराया जाए। केवल portal और TPA card updation में अंतर की वजह से claim को deny नहीं किया जा सकता
