After case dismissal, what all docs to get back from lawyer

My father had an accident, he was hit by a minor on a bike. We had a case going on, against the insurance company that insured the bike. However, the case was recently dismissed. What all documents do I need to collect from my current lawyer, in case I need to re-appeal with a new lawyer?

Collect certified copy of dismissal order, claim petition, written statements, evidence affidavits, medical records, FIR, charge-sheet, insurance policy, exhibits, and vakalatnama. These are needed to file an appeal with a new lawyer.
