Accident claim interest for 2013 accident

Sir,nIn 2013 my husband passed away in an accident and in 2020 the insurance claim was ordered. As my children were minor their amount will be got after their maturity. Can I get any interest from that amount?

yes you will get interest from that amount only after maturity. if you want the money before it's maturity period you have to file an application before the district court/high court yes you will get interest from that amount only after maturity. if you want the money before it's maturity period you have to file an application before the district court/high court
