Quashing possibility of case IPC 376& 506

Mere upar IPC 376 &506 ka previously case chal rha hai. District fast track court m 2017 se. The facts are 1) Uss lady ne mujhse phle 2 logo pr case lgya aur ek pr apni beti k rape ka mere bad. Sbse phle usne 2008 m lgaya ek pr fir Nov 2016 m ek pr shadi ka jhasa de kr rape krne ka aur mujhe or Jan 2017 m shadi ka jhasa dene aur ghar m ghus kr dhamka k rape krne ka. Mere bd Feb 2017 m apni beti k rape ka ek bande pr lgya. We all the documents of these cases 2) Usne FIR m alag statement diya hai aur magistrate k samne alag. 3) No witness is in this case except doctor and constable who written FIR. 4) Maine bail k liye apply Kiya during that time mujhe 19 din k liye Jail Jana pda tha bd m Bail granted ho gyi thi. 5) Ab uska statement court m hona hai. Charges lg gye hai mujh pe fast track m. Please btaye kya mujhe High court m case quash krne k liye apply krna chahiye?? Kitni possibilities hai wha s case quash hone ki???
