My girlfriend filed case against me under ipc 376 and 506.

i have been in relation with my girlfriend for 6 to 7 years and we both love each other very much.our family agreed to get us married .when his father came to my house with his relative regarding our marriage proposal then my father agreed but told him that once my daughter get married i will arrange marriage of my son with your daughter.both the family were happy but after 6 months of that my girlfriend start to pressurize me for marriage and start to tell me that give me money for my expanses and start abusing me in front of my friend,younger brother i get annoyed over her i warned her that please have patient we will get married once my sister get married but her behavior does not change so i decided not to talk her and i did it for nearly 3 to 4 months .ow she has filled complain against me that he raped me for promising of marrying me and now he is breaking his promise and beating me in front of people.police has lodge complain against me under section 376 and 506.

hello client as you are saying that you girl friend has filled a 376 complaint against you along with 506 IPC as well as you are saying that you both are in relationship with last 6 to 7years but on the name of marriage your parents are also ready but your parents wishes to get you sister married first after tht you both will married but you girl friend started pressuring you for marriage and start abusing you in front of Ur friend and your younger brother after tht she filled a case against you in this matter you need a criminal advocate who can defend your case properly and defend you

Dear Client,
You will have to take bail first from Dist. and Session Court, if not granted then from High Court.
For contesting , trial you may get out of this case , but will take years .
But you may opt for quashing the FIR, or Cognizance which will be in your case may be quashed , bcz., she has been consently enjoying in your relationship, where there has not been forced sex, it was consented , hence not rape, there are SC judgement, in this type of case.
