Working on Tourist visa and come back after 4 years with visa issued

If i will be going to other countries where visa required like Malaysia and if i go there on tourist visa ( 1 month valid ) and if i stay there for 4 years for job and i come back india after 4 years with Visa issued from agent , what will happen?
There is no guarantee that you will not get caught by the Immigration Authorities or other concerned authorities if you exceed your time limit of stay in Malaysia on a tourist visa. And as such, you will be deported back to India if the Immigration authorities caught you exceeding the time limit of stay in Malaysia under a tourist visa. Chances are that you'll pemanentally be suspended from entering in Malaysia again for breaching the terms and conditions of the Malaysian Visa granted to you.
