What will happen to my B1/B2 visa if I get intracompany visa?

No, you can’t have more than 1 valid visa in your passport means you have to give up your B1/B2 Visa once your L-1 (Interacompany Transfer Visa) is approved in the consulate. B1/B2 visa not a work visa, it’s just business or tourist visa where you are not allowed to work and can’t stay in US more than 6 months at a time regardless of validity of your Visa.

Unlike B1/B2, L-1 Intracompany Transfer Visa is L1 valid for 3 years regardless of validity of L-1 petition and you can work and sponsor your spouse and children on L-2. Furthermore, your spouse can work as well. Moreover, it can be extendable for up to 7 years. If you are getting L-1 in exchange of B1/B2 it's a very good deal. Good Luck
