visa application and ongoing criminal court trial

I have been accused unser section 427,504,506,34 due to family farm dispute. Person has filed private complaint in court with half information and court has given order under above sections where as we have clear documented evidences. nnI am sure that the case will be disposed and this is just to harrase me to agree their terms of conditionsMy name in the case is incorrect and the person who filed the case has requested to the court to update my name with correct nameTill the name get corrected, I have time to finish visa process and travel before I appear in the court. Once I have appeared in the court it would be difficult for me to travelI need suggestion that once I appear in the court and how can I travel during the court trial. I may have to get NOC from court to travel but how court will give me the NOC for 4-5 years of work visa. Visa consulate may reject my application due to ongoing case in criminal court. nnPlease guide me. Thanks in advance.
