UK Visa Refusal Due to Agent Fraud and 10 years band 9.7.1

I applied for a UK visa through an agent who submitted false sponsor documents without my knowledge. I trusted the agent and paid a large amount of money, but I was not involved in creating or providing any fake documents. Due to this mistake, my visa was refused and I was given a 10-year ban. I later understood that I was a victim of agent fraud, not intentional misrepresentation. I regret this situation and have since been careful to follow only genuine and legal immigration processes.
if yiu really feel that you were not involved in the matter than you need to appeal in the uk council ,if you really wish to shift in UK and may also file a case against the main accused in india wait for its trial and judgement may be put up with your appeal in UK
