Hi, my husband works as an airman Indian Airforce. And it was my greatest ambition to study and work in Canada. And as the opportunity arrived , I couldn’t take the permission from IAF due to lack of time. So I thought I would get back to India’s in am year to get the permission but due to Covid, I wasn’t able to. Right now I am about to apply for my PR in Canada. Will this have any negative consequences on my husband and his work. Well he face any criminal charges. It would great if you could help me out with the best legal advice. Thanks.
hello client as you said your her Indian Air Force under commissioned officer category at the rate government of India Bin in Indian airport officer he is totally responsible to get intimated about the PR status going abroad taking any other country working permit either of the spouse whether husband of wife both need to be intimated the Government of India as you said due to covid situation you are not able to come back to India not duly inform to the officers PR category reply Tanu case can be initiated against you as well as in disciplinary action can also be taken to get this thing by pass you need to take legal process provide all the issues
