Overseas Citizen of India(OCI) stay in india

In August 2022, I applied for an OCI card and was authorised on September 19th, 2022. Because my OCI card had not yet arrived at my US home address, I needed to rush to India on a tourist visa on September 20th 2022 to attend to my parents' health emergency. My authorised OCI card was later delivered to India. Can I now stay in India for the next year?
Well, if you have applied for OCI Card before you procured Indian Tourist Visa and have got sanctioned with OCI Card by the concerned authority before you got your Indian Tourist Visa, then now, you can stay with your spouse indefinitely in India, but you guys will have no voting rights.
Overseas Citizenship of India is a form of permanent residency available to people of Indian origin and their spouses which allows them to live and work in India indefinitely.
