Wants to set off liability on wrong ITC value filled by me

Sir/Madam, by mistake I submitted GSTR-3B return for September'17 where ITC put wrongly zero but I have ITC more than tax liability value. I have not sufficient ITC value to set off tax payment. Please help me how I can solve this. Due to not filling of the return I also can't filling the 3B for October'17.

GSTR 3B is only a provisional return process which has no option of rectification, you have to correct your deta in GSTR 1/2/3, so you have to wait till then.The whole process of GST is going through changes, it is sure that there are many lacuna in it, hope the problems will be sorted out quickly.
