Need Help? I won't keep you waiting
I've resigned from my job on 29 Feb 2024. The management said that it'll be cleared within 45 days but now it's more than that and they haven't done fnf yet. When I asked the Co-founder about fnf I couldn't get proper response from him... And he When I tried to reach out to him on WhatsApp he said we'll try to do it soon. Could you please suggest what should I do further to get my fnf amount along with the salary slip and experience letter.
in this case as you company is not responding in the way they should, you should file case against your company and ask for the fnf amount with interest and ask for penalty in company.
normally cases in labour court are faster then district court so you should get the justice faster

Hello sir, I have tried to withdraw an online cyber cre complaint but even after writing the remark I am not able to withdraw the same as the portal always shows me oops there is some problem. The status of the complaint is still in pending so FIR has been lodged yet I guess. Can you please suggest how can I withdraw the complaint. I do not want my family to know about this that's why i want to withdraw the complaint.
try to send email to the email id given on the website and mention all the details of the complaint,
and in no email you can update authority by send post to their given address
if nothing happened then you have to wait untill any police official call and you tell me that you don't want to complaint to be registered

Is there any solution if my neighbour blocks direct sunlight coming to my home? They have built a wall in the direction of sun which is causing problems for senior citizens living in the ground floor. We have repeatedly asked them and MCD to demolish the illegal extension of balcony but still we are in vain.
ok first make written complaint to MCD via email and send this email to all the seniority relevant official as we'll.
since you mentioned mcd is not taking action , even if they don't act on the complaint send via email then file writ complaint in high court
