What is witness role in court marriage, and what are consequences he/she can face as a witness if marriage not goes well, like if martiage is against parents will and bride said that the marriage was aginst her will...
If the girl is minor then the marriage is legally void and the criminal proceedings will be initiated against the bridegroom and all the person who had been a witness in the void marriage. Further, if the bride has lodged the complaint stating that the marriage is happened against her wishes then it will be a severe offence.
