As per the Hindu law, a illegitimate biological son has equal right of inheritance in father's property as a legitimate son. In these cirumstances, son's from both wives will have equal share and if any son has died then his share will go to his progenies.

In absence of a Will and as per the Hindu Succession Act, the sons of the deceased stepson of the first wife will also get equal share in the properties of your grandfather. However the extent of share has to be determined after properly examining the present status of all concerned.
