Will sending fake divorce notice to wife count as a crime

Is sending fake divorce notice to wife will count as crime? I am willing to send a fake divorce notice to wife, so she will get scared and come back to home. Her mother is not willing to send her. We have tried everything but her mother is an idiot not able to understand the future of our life.
No fake is any notice if she is interested she will come if not then mother is only an excuse send notice for divorce if she comes back notice is useless .
If she doesn't then fact will be exposed don't worry about facing fact of life if goodbye is the answers then say good bye with smile.
