Children of first wife can file case in court for cancellation of will and declaration that they are entitled to payments of their father. Otherwise on the basis of alleged will she is entitled for the same.

dear questioner, in order to succeed your father legacy you have to get succession certificate from the court. this is the only remedy you can avail by proving your succession. for more elaborate information you can contact me personally .
