Wife's abnormal behavior,repeated threat for police complain/suicide

-My Wife gives me threatening every now and then to end life/ suiciden-Threatens to give police complaint against me and family, even though we both are staying alone in bloren-I suspect she is having mental disorders, Shouts all of a sudden with no reasonn-Always starts shouting without bothering about the situation/environmentn-Recently all the residents of my apartment complained about her behavior as she started nshouting at me in midnight n-He throws home articles and shouts like an abnormal person frequently and always threaten me for a police complaint without any reason or mistake from my endKindly help me by suggesting what legal procedure/steps I should take from my end to safeguard myself incase mishaps happens in near future as in such cases I will be found guilty without any reason. Please let me know in case I have to give FIR from my end at nearest police station first and kindly help me with FIR sample copy for same(Please help me with clear legal steps for same)
