It is very difficult situation but you have to act tactfully. Take her to counselling it may be her elders in the family. You approach District legal cell where you get assistance and also it will protect you from future complications from your wife.
In recent supreme court judgement pronounced as " leaving husband parents " alone is also treat as cruelty.

man can divorce wife if she tries to separate him from his parents: calcutta high court
Dear Sir,
If you still want your wife to come back to you to resume matrimonial relationship with you despite the fact that she wants to live separately from your parents and if you could afford living separately from your parents by putting your parents in a separate accommodation and taking care, send a legal notice to your wife through a lawyer asking her to come back to you. If she doesn't come back, file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the family court of the jurisdiction where your marriage was solemnized or where you both have lived together and proceed further. However, if you feel that it is unjust on your wife's part to put pressure on you to live separately from your parents and you would like to end the marriage, then file divorce petition and proceed further. You can also claim custody of the children if you wish. For the girl child there is a chance of getting the custody but for the boy, you will have to wait till he completes 5 years, however, visitation rights may be granted by the court for the 2 kids.
