Wife threatening to commit suicide. Howto proceed ?

How should i be protected from cases from wife threatening to commit suicide even for small situations and attempted couple of times and rescued by me.what if she again attempts and how can i be protected from criminal charges.having one boy of 10 months

A wife continuously threatening to commit suicide amounts to cruelty.
So you should keep recordings of conversations of such utterances ready and handy.
As and when there is a threat made out to you, please inform the nearest police station or family elders and take her to counselling without fail.
Keep all these documents, records handy and safe so as to protect yourself and the child from any grave misfortune at a later date.
