Wife threatening and sold property without my knowledge, please advise

Sir, I am staying vadodara, gujarat, Six year ago I booked a home @ 14 lakh vadodara in favour of my wife, i took home loan 4.9lakh from sbi on the name of my wife and I become guarantor, because my wife is a housewife, and I was doing job. After a two year i paid up the loan too. Now my wife and his brother (builder) had sold out the home and invest all the money in new project of construction of my wife's brother. This all done without my knowledge. Now, my brother in law (builder) and my wife threatening me and thrown out from my manjalpur's home. Sir I have mother age 85yr. Nowadays we are staying in my sister's home. Please advice.
This is a complicated case. Why did u book the property in your wife's name? You can file a criminal case for cheating and breach of trust. Since the property was not n your name chance of winning is slim.

Please go through the Benami property act first. For the shake of saving a tax you purchased a house in the name of your wife. Then she sold out and invest in other project. you can file civil suit for cancellation of the sale deed. If Manjalpur's home is in your name then you access that home with out any hesitation. In case taht home in your father 's name of in mother's name then also you can access your home.
