Wife threatening and creating problem , legal ways to tackle the same

I got married 7 yrs b4. My wife is always quarreling with me on small issues. I am ignoring and doing adjustment. From last yr she is behaving in very bad way. She attacks me using knife she hits me with anything even she tries to make suicide. My parents are also not coming due to this. If I ll go to meet them then she calls my father and tell him that she will file case against him as he takes her husband away from her. She is doing anything. She is torchering me. Also quarreling daily and saying that she will make suicide. Don't want anything wrong with her or me or my parents. Please advice what shall I do?

You should file a complain with the police of the repeated suicide threats and physical assaults , & attack with knife, to protect yourself against any future eventuality . In the event you are considering Divorce then you can consult me for detailed advice.

Further, I would like to recommend you to collect or make evidence of her act, whenever she is creating nuisance or threatening to you or your parents that should be on some record so that you can prove all the allegation.
Yet you want everything to be okay between you then try for good marriage counselor near you.

With immediate effect file NC in the concern police station against your wife and put the facts in the complaint. So that if any action is taken by your wife then you can produce and rely upon the complaints made by you.
Secondly file Divorce Petition against her since you are facing so many issues. So if any complaint made by her after that will amount to after thought and will not have much weight. Consult an Advocate.
