What legal actions can be taken agaonst a person who evenafter several years of married life denies his wife all the rights that a wife desrves including physical intimacy
Denying the normal rights to which a wife is entitled by virtue of marriage will be regarded as cruelty by husband towards wife. So is denial of physical intimacy without proper justification. A wife is entitled to demand the same or she can even seek divorce.
