Wife left the house after a fight wants to get child visitation right

My wife left home after I beating her. No phone contact. My uncle & my wife told me don't come to my house. They kept calm leaving to my fate. I am a govt employee. In this situation I don't want to take any step(6months). Previously she told. I don't want you. Because of child only I am coming(In 1st episode she left). I thought they don't come for single settlement. They want to harass me life long.

hi according to your query your wife have right to visit her child even if you go to the court she will get the right more over you did not told wheather the child is how much and other details and what about your actual problem you are facing, how you are wife is harrasing you so please send me more details to clarify your doubt exactly.

as per your conservation you wife left home after you beat your wife, there after no phone contact, my suggestion to you if you want to continue your matrimonial life so you need to settle the matter with your elder and well wishers and try to reunion your life.
