Wife Is Demanding Maintenance But Wife Is Staying At Matrimonial Home husband is staying out of home because of wife harrasment court is saying to pay 8000 interim maintenance plus school fees and electric bill is it necessary to pay 8000 or it can be lowered or zerod I have shown my income 15000 pm
It Depends on...whether your Assets and Liabilities is on record before the Hon'ble Court and still if the Hon'ble Court has allowed maintenance in favour of the wife without considering the income of the husband....then there is a chance to go for the Appeal.
