Wife filed false dowry case - how to safeguard

My wife has filed a Dowry case FIR against me & family u/s 294b, 313, 498a, 506(ii), 4 of DP Act. Presently all of us are on AB. Allegations are (1) attacking her at her parents' house on certain days (2) forcefully aborting her twice when pregnant (3) dowry demand of Rs.10 Lakhs. Police Final Report already filed with IPC 313 being removed since the complainant did not have any material proof, and the allegation is an exaggerated one. 1. Myself & in-law have worked at our offices during the day/time mentioned in complaint w.r.t the allegation of attack. Will our attendance records help us in disproving this allegation? 2. With IPC 313 being removed (by police) in Final Report, will it qualify as a false complaint & constitute mental torture? And hence can we fight that the entire case is false? Can I file a defamation case (both civil and criminal) against her? If so, how? 3. We have not demanded or taken any dowry at any time. How to disprove this?
