Wife filed false case after I caught her cheating

the day i caught her sending nude pics she deleted facebook account but some how i found pics in whattsup sent box.i took her phone and kept with me.i asked her to explain the situation and she went to her mothers house and filed complaint on me.Not working,many friends,playing cards and dowry. Do FIR file on me or not.what would be my next step.

First of all file an FIR against the paramour of your wife under section 497 IPC on the ground of adultery. Along with that, if she has entered into an illicit relationship, most likely you won't stay with her anymore. In that case you can file for divorce on the ground of adultery making her paramour a party in the case. In these circumstances, she might leave you without demanding any alimony.

may or may not beit will be depends upon your wife situations and family supported whether the complaint has given in PS the next step has been take by police they give bail in the police station they give 41 CrPC it's given by the SHO of the police station after the charge period. it will be frame after three months then court triel the case and also along with 498A and 3 & 4 dp act then ur wife can filed mc and DVC against you only 498 A case as seen by APPO. other cases has been seen by the private advocate.
