Sir,
Where do you reside?if you do not reside in Pune you can inform the police that you are not a resident of Pune. Resgarding your matter of RCR and maintenance if it is at the stage of judgement and proceeding exparte it is advisable to appear on next date and give an application to set aside the order and accept your written statement .

I suggest pls go to Nashik Court on next date of hearing and inform court that you need to change the lawyer and need 4 weeks for that. Court will give atleast two weeks time. Y.ou need to inform court that judgement should not be passed without giving you a hearing

As far as Summons in Domestic Violence are concerned, why are they sent to police station and not to your home address ? Pls Clarify. They should have been served upon you. If you need help at Nashik Court, I can help you.

First of all you have to accept summons and do attend the matter.....if you want to comtinue marital tie with her them approch to family court Pune and file petition for divorce...so far as claim of maintainance and restitution of conjugal right is concern, yet matter is pending and you have opportunity to defend yourself....if she is earning handsome salary then you can escape from liability of maintanance by hiring good lawyer...
