my wife is demanding a new home she is not willing to come on rented home agreed and later she demanded that she should be nominee but my parents said that property will be on our name after my death everything will be yours but my in laws and wife wants a name on there daughter as a nominee my wife is not staying with me for past one year and we have a son also I am already a divorced and I have a daughter from my first wife she is staying with me my wife does not listen to me and ruining a marital life I

First of all you should explain to your wife that after you your legal heirs i.e. daughter from earlier marriage, son from this marriage and your current wife will inherit your property unless you will it exclusively to any particular person or transfer by gift deed. I cannot understand whether the property you are talking about belongs to your parents. Please give me more details.
