Wife and child not coming home.

I (husband) ,my in laws came they fought with us,took luggage ,gold,cash and my wife and 1 month son on fake allegations and nonsense reasons.Now it's been 3 months and she is denying to come under influence of her parents. nI don't want divorse .I want to settle family with my child.She is refusing to come and talk. she hasn't filled any case yet.what should I do?

sir u have to file sec 9 case means you can file under sec 9 HMA to bring back ur wife to ur home . you will also get chance of counseling and u can talk directly about the problem please feel free to call me

Hi, Going by the limited information provided by you, it is essential to send them a legal notice asking then to come back and resume conjugal rights otherwise legal action will be initiated against them. You can file a case under sec 9 for calling your wife back to home. you can also file case for the custody of your child on the ground like that your wife is not mentally stable and can't take care of your child.
